  • How to Identify Correct Service Kit G1 or G2 for LH4 and LHT ?

    Introduction of G1 and G2 Service kits


    For the LH4/LHT lever brackets, we have introduced Service kits to upgrade and optimize them, aiming to service the brakes and minimize the risk of oil leakage and also long durability. Depending on the bracket version, we offer G2 and G1 service kits, and you should recommend the appropriate one based on the bracket type. 


    The New Piston Sleeve is hard anodized for long durability, and Additionally, the new Service kit is also compatible with LHP-S4.

     Differences Between 1st Generation (G1) and 2nd Gerneration (G2)Service Kits:

    l The piston sleeve length and installation method differ.

    Ø The 1st generation version is short and uses a snap ring for installation.



    Ø The 2nd generation  is longer and uses set screws on the bracket.

     

    How to Identify the Correct Service Kit?

    1. 1st generation service kit: Use if the bracket has no marking in this area and No Set Screw Hole on the back.

    2. 2nd generation service kit: Use if the bracket is marked with X, a, a1, or a1(1).
